Setting up of new TC Units 100% of total cost to public sector and in case of private sector, credit linked back ended subsidy @ 40% of cost. Each TC unit will produce a minimum of Rs 25 lakh plants/year of mandated crops, duly hardened, for which protocols are available for commercial use.
