• This policy envisages private participation in development of small hydro projects with certain attractive incentives.
• This policy also envisages for formulation and notification of an Action Plan for Small Hydro Power Generation.
• The players in this sector can be among private entrepreneurs, cooperative societies and NGOs in the State with the objectives of meeting the growing demand of power under this policy
