Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare has developed Kisan e-Mitra (AI Chatbot) – Farmers’ digital assistance to address the queries related to PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme (PM-KISAN) scheme in their own languages.

This initiative empowers farmers through technological interventions whereby existing technological and language barriers of the farmers are removed.

The Kisan-eMitra, AI Chatbot is initially available in 5 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Odiya, Tamil and Bangla.

The chatbot is evolving to support farmers related to other government programs.
