Vikaspedia, an initiative led by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) aims at accelerating the availability and accessibility of digital information in Indian regional languages. The primary objective of Vikaspedia is to empower citizens and catalyse digital transformation by providing authentic and reliable information across all sectors. As part of the initiative, the multilingual, multimodal and multisectoral Vikaspedia collaborative knowledge sharing platform has been made available for various stakeholders (both individuals and institutions) to augment creation, management and dissemination of multilingual e-information for socieatl good.
