Farm Mechanization - Application form

Farm Mechanization Application request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva Centers. This request can be accessed by the Department and processed. The processing steps and screens are provided in PDF format.

Encumbrance Certificate - Application form

Encumbrance Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the MeeSeva centers. This request can be accessed by the SRO and processed. The processing steps and screens are provided in PDF format.

Provisional application for fresh water aquaculture Farm Registration

Aquaculture also known as Aqua farming, it is the farming of aquatic organisms such as fish, molluscs, aquatic plants etc. Aquaculture involves cultivating freshwater and saltwater populations under controlled conditions and can be contrasted with commercial fishing.
The main use of the compliance form for License service is to avail the Compliance form for the registered farms; whether the farms are cultivating the culture aspects according to the guidelines of fisheries act. To apply this service, citizen needs to approach Meeseva Franchise. This service comes under Fisheries Department.

The issuing authority of Final Registration of New Fresh water Aquaculture Farm is District Fisheries Officer.

Online ITC Policy Sanction of Incentives System

The service is mainly used by the citizen’s who is an Entrepreneur. The service facilitates the citizen to get the Incentive/subsidy based upon various Incentive categories like 25% Power subsidy or conversion to industrial power tariff or 100%/50% stamp duty refund or Recruitment assistance or 50% exhibition rental refund or Tire 2/3 location anchor company incentive or reimbursement patent filling cost or reimbursement of quality certification expenditure or Declaration of It Park status or specific incentives for SC/St/women Entrepreneurs or Allotment of land. This Service related to IT Sector only.

New GAS Connection (LPG) - Application Procedure

Meeseva Introduces ‘New Connection for LPG (HPCL/BPCL/IOCL) Gas’ Serviceto the citizen, which is under Civil Supplies Department. The new LPG gas Connection is for cooking. Gas is one of the concerns for many people. The gas is used for cooking in the donestic/non domestic areas etc. As per the LPG control order, only 1 LPG connection is permitted per household. The issuing Authority of New Connection for LPG Gas is Dealer.

Procedure for Processing the Request
For approving New Gas connection to citizen the dealer should follow below the steps
Step 1: NEW GAS CONNECTION
Step 2: NGC Register or Reject Request Details
Step 3: NGC Allotted Intimation Process Report
Step 4: NGC Reject after Allotment Request Details
Step 5: NGC Consumer Number Allotted Request Details
