Dr.Ambedkar Medhavi Chatravriti Yojana for SC and OBC students

Brief Objective

The Scholarship will be given top 1250 meritorious students of SC category and to top 1000 meritorious students of OBC declared as such in the result of Matric Examination conducted by the H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala, strictly on merit basis to students studying in a recognized (including Professional / Technical) institution within or outside the State.

Benefits

Top 1250 meritorious students of SC category and 1000 students of OBC category will receive INR 12,000 and INR 10,000 per annum respevtively for two years.

Eligibility

Should have passed class 10th and have taken admission in class 11 or any professional/technical courses after class 10 at a recognised institution within or outside the state

How to apply

Online Application form to be done through the National Scholarship Portal.

Scheme Specific Document(s) Required:

• Passport Size Photo.
• AADHAAR Card(UID / EID No).
• Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
• Previous Year(s) Result Card(s) from Matric onwards.
• Latest Bank Statement of the Students Bank Account.
• SC / OBC Category Certificate
